Do Not Call (DNC) and TCPA Compliance Policy
RH Home Remodeling complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) regulations.
DNC Compliance
- We honor all opt-out and DNC requests within 10 business days.
- You can opt out by emailing contact@rhhomeremodeling.com or replying “STOP” to a text message.
- We do not contact individuals listed on the National Do Not Call Registry unless prior consent was given or there is an existing business relationship within the last 18 months.
TCPA Compliance
- We only use autodialers and pre-recorded messages where permitted by law and with prior express written consent.
- We do not send unsolicited texts without consent.
- Calls are made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time unless otherwise requested.
- All callers clearly identify themselves and the company, and provide a callback number.
Exemptions
- We may contact you regarding active service agreements, appointment confirmations, or project updates.
- Communication may occur if you’ve made an inquiry, scheduled an estimate, or are an active customer.
Reporting a Violation

Enforcement
Violations by employees or third-party partners may result in disciplinary action or termination.
